An Argentine illustrator, he began his career in the field of advertising illustration, working for major agencies in Argentina and Latin America. He had the pleasure of working for DC Comics, and for prestigious comic/fantasy magazine Heavy Metal, as well as Lanciostory Magazine, and Bastei publishing house.
Called by Lucasfilm when the company was still owned by George Lucas, Claudio began working on Star Wars illustrations, then transitioned to Disney and continued to create paintings as limited-edition posters. Claudio continues to do these works for both Star Wars and Marvel Universe.
